What's your lead time for production?
For most molds, the lead time is 45 to 60 working days after the deposit is received and drawings are approved (excluding official holidays).
How long can I get the sample?
Depending on your specific requirements, samples are generally provided within 3-7 days after mold completion.
What about after-sales service?
Non-man-made damaged spare parts are offered for free within one year. We provide lifelong technical support for our clients.
What materials can you process?
We work with a wide range of materials including PA6, PA66, ABS, PC, POM, TPE, and specialized engineering plastics like PEI and PBT.
Do you support custom design requirements?
Yes, all our moulds and parts are customized according to the client's drawings (UG/CAD) or physical samples to ensure high precision.
