Established in 2008, we have more than 15 years experience in the medical field, specializing in the production of precision medical grade catheters, supporting OEM and ODM, mainly providing extrusion and post-processing services. Extrusion materials include TPU, PVC, PE, PA, PEBAX, PP, PEEK, PTFE etc. Extrusion shapes include single lumen tube, multi-lumen tube, multi-row tube, multi-color tube, X-ray tube, thick wall tube and thin wall tube, micro-hole tube, etc.
Post-processing includes welding, tip-forming, end-capping, tip-enlarge, drilling, rotary punch, bending and setting, beveling, grooving, cutting and so on. At present, the technology has been very mature, minimum tolerance can be controlled in 0.015-0.1mm, wall thickness can be controlled in 0.02mm, minimum hole can be controlled in 0.2mm, minimum hardness can be controlled in 40A. All products are strictly tested before shipping. We have our own 100,000 grade clean production workshop and passed ISO13485 quality management system in 2019.
