Post-processing capabilities include welding, tip-forming, end-capping, tip-enlargement, drilling, rotary punching, bending and setting, beveling, grooving, and precision cutting. Currently, the technology is highly mature, with minimum tolerances controlled within 0.015-0.1mm, wall thickness down to 0.02mm, minimum holes at 0.2mm, and minimum hardness at 40A. All products are strictly tested by a professional quality department before shipping. The facility features a 100,000-grade clean production workshop and passed ISO13485 quality management system certification in 2019.
