Intended Purpose

The Endotracheal tube is intended for insertion into the trachea for the primary purpose of establishing and maintaining a patent airway and to ensure the adequate exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.

Suggested Instructions for Use

1. Select appropriate specification after checking patient's trachea.
2. Carefully remove tube from protective sterile packaging.
3. Visually check the patency of the lumen prior to intubation.
4. Intubate using accepted medical techniques and a laryngoscope.
5. Secure the tube following medical standards.
6. Monitor patient conditions and maintain hygiene during the intubation period.
7. Extubate following medical standards and dispose of the tube.

Contraindications

• Throat edema / Acute inflammation of trachea
• Tracheal compression (e.g., thoracic aortic aneurysm)
• Severe bleeding / Cervical spinal injuries

Important Cautions

• Single use only. Do not use if expired or packaging is damaged.
• Only for use by trained healthcare personnel.
• Intubation period should not exceed 30 days.
• Do not apply laser on the tube.
• Choose suitable size based on age, sex, and body size.
